We know every imaging gear you own is priceless to you, that’s why we’re here to provide you exceptional service when you require repair assistance for your imaging gear. We have technicians in-house in our Colombo Service Centre who services all kind of DSLR & mirrorless cameras, DSLR lenses, speedlights / studio lights, DJI Drones and DJI products.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer repairs on telescopes, tripods or Go Pros.

Bring the product to us as soon as possible along with the original invoice. We will make sure to repair the product in the quickest time and until that, we are ready to offer backup gear to meet your need.

Please note that for certain repairs we may have to send the item overseas and please be noted that it is totally up to the repairing agents of the manufacturer to decide whether it will be covered from your warranty.

DJI products come with a manufacturer's warranty, you will have to contact DJI and obtain a CASE number for your products. The length of the manufacturers' warranty varies with the product. Check the printed information that comes with the product or the manufacturer's website for the duration of the warranty.

We still got you covered because we are always there to fulfill the needs of our customers.

All you have to do is to bring the product to our service center and our repairing experts will do a full checkup and provide you with an estimated price for the repair.

If you wish not to repair the gear after the inspection and cancel the job, an inspection fee will be charged.

A repair may vary according to various factors, so until the product is examined by a technician, we can’t give any estimation. But we do make sure to be transparent as much as possible by providing all the information regarding the repair on your valuation.

Sometimes you might have multiple items to be repaired, in such cases all the items will be separated individually because each item may need different parts, durations and repairers.

What is the average turnaround time for repairs?

Roughly 4-8 weeks is the time period, but please be mindful that if a shortage is there for needed parts this duration may increase. Under these circumstances the delays are beyond the control of CameraLK.

CameraLK Service Centre can’t guarantee or assure you the duration for the repair but we strive to make sure the customer receives the repaired gear as soon as possible.
