Overview

With an AI-powered chip for advanced noise cancellation, the BOYAMIC 2 2-Person Wireless Microphone System from BOYA can easily capture audio in a wide variety of environments. The system includes two clip-on transmitters with omnidirectional microphones, a shoe-mount dual-channel receiver, and a USB-C adapter to convert the receiver to a plug-in interface. Record 32-bit float audio directly to the transmitters using their 8GB of internal storage. The system also includes a 3.5mm TRS audio cable, a USB-C cable, mounting magnets, and furry windscreens.

AI-Powered Noise Cancellation

Switch between two different noise cancellation modes, depending on your recording environment. Strong mode utilizes up to -40 dB of suppression while light mode utilizes -15 dB of suppression to maintain room tone.

Safety Track Recording

Both transmitters are equipped with 8GB internal storage that support up to 10 hours of 32-bit float recording. Capture audio with well-preserved details thanks to the system's 1528 dB dynamic range and 32-bit float recording capabilities. A built-in limiter caps any audio peaking, auto gain control balances your volume, and a safety track can be recorded at -12 dB to prevent issues in post.

Dual-Channel Receiver

The receiver features a cold shoe mount and 3.5mm TRS output for connection to a compatible camera. If you want to record directly to your smartphone, use the included USB-C adapter to make the receiver a plug-in module for iOS and Android devices. The receiver features an OLED touchscreen display and precision dial for intuitive control over your transmitters.

984.3' Transmission Distance

All of the components can communicate with one another from up to 984.3' away via line-of-sight 2.4 GHz technology. The BOYAMIC 2 also offers the option to scale to up to four different receiver units to create a larger audio ecosystem.

Long Battery Life

The transmitter units feature built-in 220mAh batteries that can function for 9 hours when not using noise cancellation or onboard recording or 6 hours when those functions are engaged. The receiver features a 430mAh battery with a 15 hour runtime. Once depleted, the included charging case can store and charge all of the components with its 2900mAh battery for an extended battery life of 54 hours.
