HNB INSTALLMENT PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The card member may perform single/multiple purchase(s) and request for easy payment plan up to twenty four (24) months, provided the single transaction is LKR 10,000 to Rs.2.5 Mn, and such transaction value is within the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the transaction;
2. In order to enjoy the installment facility, the purchases must be performed during the Promotional Period and informed to the call center, via calling 0112 462 462 & provide the date of such transaction, the name of the merchant and the value of such transaction and the same will be reflected in the customer’s next credit card statement;
3. The customers must Call & Convert the Transaction within 5 calendar days from the date of performing the transaction. Eg. Transaction performed on 4th November 2025 should be informed to HNB Call Centre on or before 5 working days, on 011 2462 462 for conversion to easy payment plan.

IMPORTANT – In the event that transactions made 5 days prior to billing cycle are to be converted to Easy Payment Plans, they will be converted only during the next billing period. In this instance, the cardholder will be required to settle the amount stated in the statement. The installment plan will come into effect from the next billing cycle onwards.

1.        This offer is valid for all DFCC Credit Cardholders (Excluding DFCC Corporate Credit Cards).

2.        In order to be eligible for the offer, the full payment needs to be settled using a DFCC Credit Card.

3.        In order to be eligible for this offer, the minimum transaction value should exceed Rs. 25,000/- for 12 Months and set up fee will be Rs. 2500/- & Rs. 100,000/- for 24 Months and set up fee will be Rs. 4000/-. (Maximum transaction value Rs. 1,000,000/-).

4.        The Setup Fee applicable will be charged upfront for all Easy Payment Plan conversions.

5.        In order to convert a transaction to an Easy Payment Plan, the cardholder should call the Contact Centre on 0112350000 within 05 days of performing the transaction.

6.        All transactions that are performed and processed to the card 5 days prior to the statement date will be converted to an Easy Payment Plan during the next statement period. In such instances, the cardholder will be required to settle the total outstanding amount on the statement on which the transaction (s) that are to be converted have been billed. The Easy Payment Plan will come into effect only during the next statement period. The cardholder will be liable to pay all fees and interest applicable for nonpayment of the prior statement balance.

7.        In the event of an early settlement, a fee of 4% will be charged on the remaining outstanding balance of the Easy Payment Plan.

8.        DFCC Credit Cardholders are not eligible to receive the CashBack for the offer mentioned herein.

9.        DFCC Credit Cardholders can convert the transaction only within the available credit limit.

10.     DFCC Bank accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the services establishment involved in this promotion.

11.     This offer will not be valid for cash advances, transactions performed for commercial purposes, transactions performed on behalf of third parties, card being used other than by the cardholder and card has been pre-funded to process the transaction.

12.     DFCC Bank reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms & conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.

13.     If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective service establishment and DFCC Bank shall be final.

15. Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee will be charged depending on the selected installment plan (Rs. 2,500 for 12 months / Rs. 4,000 for 24 months).
